About the practice
PEO Advisory is run by Jordan Avery. If someone sent you here, this page is the long version of what they told you.
I spent eleven years inside PEO and benefits operations before opening this practice. I sat on the provider side of renewals, claims, and plan moves, and I watched good businesses pay for decisions nobody had explained to them.
I opened this practice because owners deserve the explanation before the invoice. The work here is plain: read your file, run your numbers, and tell you the truth about your options, including the option of changing nothing.
Most of my clients come from other clients, their CPAs, and people I have worked with over the years. That is the way I want it. A practice built on referrals only survives by being worth referring.

Benefits analysis
YOUR STORY HERECasey reads plan documents so you do not have to, and turns them into one-page summaries owners actually use.
Thirty minutes about your business, your current setup, and what is bothering you about it.
Your file, your numbers, your options, run properly. You get a straight recommendation in writing.
If a move makes sense, I handle the placement and the transition. If staying put wins, that is the recommendation, and it costs you nothing.
Providers pay a placement commission when coverage is placed. You do not pay for reviews, screenings, or recommendations. When my advice is to keep what you have, I earn nothing on it. I give that advice anyway, and the clients who received it are the reason the referrals keep coming.

Short answers
No. The practice covers benefits, workers' comp, retirement, and the question of whether a PEO fits at all. Sometimes the answer is a PEO. Sometimes it is a better plan where you already are.
Mostly owner-run businesses from a few employees to a few hundred. If your situation is outside what I do well, I will say so and point you to someone who fits.
Run the three-minute screening on the page that matches your question, or just book the call. Either way, mention who sent you. Referrals get context, and context makes the first conversation faster.
Thirty minutes about your business. If this practice is not the right fit, you will leave knowing that, and knowing what to do instead.
